In the event that KMA Networks discovers fraudulent activity or in other words finds anyone cheating our program which we will detect, KMA Networks will prosecute the person responsible to the fullest extent of the law and terminate accounts without notice and pay. The following activities are considered "cheating": Mechanical generated hits, using the "Target="new" tag" and Multiple accounts opening windows on the same traffic. Remember, we do require you to maintain minimum sales standards on the pay per click program as outlined on the previous page. Accounts not meeting these standards will be terminated.
